My name is Jim Moreno. I have over 30 years of managing large service oriented companies. I started installing Whole House Fans in 2000, working for other local (Sacramento area) fan companies. In 2004, I started my own Whole House Fans installation company and have built this business with my family. My wife, Kim runs the office. My son and nephew are a large part of our business. All my employees have worked for us from the beginning and have put in over 5,000 Whole House Fans since 2004.

We begun in 2004 as JDM Construction and recently changed the name to Northern California Whole House Fans to better identify what we do and who we are.
